EVM AI Visibility privacy notice
This notice describes EVM AI Visibility at ai.evm.io, operated by Elite Venture Media. It supplements the EVM website privacy policy. Effective date: September 11, 2026.
Information the service uses
The service uses account and organization information, connected website details, website content and knowledge records, plugin activity, visibility observations, and operational logs to provide and secure the application.
Google data and permissions
If you connect Google, the app requests your account identity and email address, read-only Search Console access, and read-only Google Analytics access. It lists properties available to your account so you can choose the properties for your website.
Search Console reporting includes dates, search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and positions. Analytics reporting includes dates, AI referral sources, landing-page paths (which may include query strings), sessions, engaged sessions, key events, and revenue. These are property reporting metrics, not a request for access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
How Google data is used and shared
Google data is used to provide the connected site's performance reports and visibility features. Site reports may be accessed by authorized users and administrators for the relevant organization and by the service providers needed to host and operate the service. EVM does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting.
EVM AI Visibility's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data will not be used to train general-purpose AI models.
AI features
The service also offers AI-assisted website analysis and visibility observations. When enabled, those features process the content and prompts needed for the requested analysis through AI providers, including OpenAI. Google authorization tokens are credentials for the integration and are not content for AI prompts.
Storage and protection
Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted in the application database. HTTPS protects connections to the service. Account roles control access to site information. Hosting, backups, and operational services support application availability and security.
Disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect Google in the site's integration settings. This removes the stored access and refresh tokens for that site's connection and stops future synchronization. Previously imported reporting data remains available; disconnecting does not automatically delete it.
You can also revoke the app's access through your Google Account. To request deletion of stored reporting or account data, contact info@evm.io. EVM will verify the request and address applicable retention obligations. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup retention period ends.
Retention and contact
Data is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain records and security, and meet applicable obligations. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Send privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to info@evm.io.
